Dan Smith’s Candies is a beloved Brookville, PA tradition dating back to 1946, when Dan Smith began the business as an ice cream company from his home. Today, the company operates five locations and continues to handcraft chocolates, candies, and other treats at its Brookville factory on Barnett Street.

In January 2025, Tony Moscato and General Manager Bobbi Fragale proudly became the new owners, building on the company’s rich history while bringing fresh ideas and a modern vision to this cherished local business.
