Drip Coffeehouse & Kitchen is sponsoring a Fitness in the Park event (across from Drip)! On August 30th and September 13, we will have classes taught by Morgan Cook (Thrush), Teresa Stout, Mary Ann Powell, Leigh Reitz, and Amy Young! Join the Friends of Cook Forest for a Women’s Hike Series—an uplifting, women-only hiking experience open to ages 14 and up. Held monthly at 5 PM, these two-hour hikes offer a chance to connect with nature, build friendships, and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Cook Forest. Rain or shine—friendly dogs welcome!
