Brookville Chamber Hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Goodwill’s New Location

Big things are happening in Brookville! Goodwill is on the move to a fresh new space at 144 Allegheny Boulevard in Brookville. This move brings a bright, welcoming space to better serve shoppers and support Goodwill’s mission right here in our hometown. Join us and celebrate Goodwill’s new location on Allegheny Boulevard across from Tractor Supply. To mark the occasion, the Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting an official ribbon cutting ceremony at noon during the festivties. Goodwill Industries Location: 144 Allegheny Boulevard, Brookville Date: Tuesday, June 17, 2025 Time: 11am-1pm, Ribbon Cutting 12:00pm Come celebrate with us! The current Main Street store will officially close on Monday, May 20, and the new location opens its doors on Friday, May 24. We’re excited for what’s ahead — and we hope you’ll join us in June to celebrate their new location.

Sloppy Science Day

It’s sloppy… it’s science… it’s Sloppy Science Day. On Saturday June 7 from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. we will turn the discovery center into a mess fest! Admission is $12 for children, accompanying adults are $8. Includes snack and free time on the exhibits. We have SO many sticky, sloppy, extreme, and crazy activities planned. BACC Ribbon Cutting: Wilson’s Woodshed

The Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome Wilson’s Woodshed, a hand-crafted wood and primitive decor retailer, to Brookville. Kick off the Spring with Wilson’s Woodshed Grand Opening Celebration May 16th – May 18th from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and with their ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9:30 am on Saturday, May 17th. The Brookville Chamber and Wilson’s Woodshed invites residents and visitors to stop by, celebrate the grand opening, and browse the unique selection of hand-crafted decor. Wilson’s Woodshed has some special things planned for the celebration featuring a sale, several raffles, and a food truck conveniently located in their parking lot.
