Raffle TIX Available NOW! For this year’s raffle, we present a monstrous-fat-tire-go-almost-anywhere machine! Have an Off-Road Adventure ! This awewsome Ebike can handle anything! Neither sand, rocks, snow or mountainous terrain can stop it (well, maybe ice…) It is also a very capable commuter bike (think potholes) complete with bike rack. 1 lucky winner will claim this awesome Ebike at our 7th Annual Family Bicycle Ride, Poker Run & Picnic on September 21st ! Tickets can also be purchased at our Gift Shop at the History Center, 172 Main St., Brookville and at any of our upcoming events.

On July 19 and 20, visitors can enjoy a fin-tastic, self-guided shark-themed craft in the Center’s classroom. Create your own "jaw-some" shark necklace to take home as a fun souvenir—all included FREE with paid admission. This family-friendly activity is perfect for shark lovers of all ages and will be available during regular operating hours. No registration required—just stop in and join the fun!

Farmers Market

Adagio Health is partnering with the Jefferson County Area Agency on Aging to bring pop-up farmers markets right to your Senior Center! Plan to use your Farmer Market Vouchers at these events or purchase items out of pocket!

River Critters

Please bring your river sneakers, swimsuits, and snorkels to the Park Office as we drive to nearby watersheds to search for and identify hard to find underwater creatures.  Various species of fish, mussels, snakes and salamanders often make an appearance.  This is truly a wilderness experience.  Expect no public bathrooms.  Bring lunch & water.  Children must be with a participating adult.

Fire Tower/Seneca Point Historical Tour

Please bring your binoculars and meet at the Fire   Tower Parking Lot for an historical interpretive tour of the Fire Tower and Seneca Point by DCNR Conservation Volunteer, Greg Burns.  Learn about local logging history, observe Indian sign, and take a breathtaking view from the top of the Fire Tower.
