We will meet at the Ridge Camp Pavilion, in Cook Forest State Park. (Across from the entrance to the Firepower on Rt. 36) Moderate Level Hiking with some rough terrain and a few hills (Not a paved level path). Approximately 2 hours long. Open to all women ages 14 and up. Dogs on a leash. Rain or Shine! Weather permitting and pending interest of the group, we will branch off into two groups. One group will venture onto a more rigorous path while the other group will continue on a path to relax and enjoy being in nature. Whether you're a seasoned archer or just looking for a great day outdoors, the Jake Popson Memorial Bow Shoot offers a unique experience for everyone. This event honors Jake’s legacy with a day of friendly competition on a scenic 30-target 3-D course, complete with quirky challenges and precision novelty shoots. Event Details: When: Saturday, July 18, 2026 Time: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Scorecards due by 2:00 PM) Where: 769 Smail Road, Corsica, PA Food: Complimentary meal for all registered shooters (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) Highlights & Challenges: 3-D Course: 30 targets set through beautiful, scenic terrain. Iron Target Challenge: A high-stakes elimination shoot at 2:30 PM for a chance to win prizes. Novelty Shoots: Test your skills with the Inside Out and Rat Trap challenges. Auction & Prizes: Participate in the Chinese Auction and various archery raffles. Registration: Pre-register online to secure an exclusive event T-shirt, or register on-site the day of the event for $30.
