It’s a meaningful tradition hosted by Jefferson County Relay for Life that brings our community closer through remembrance, resilience, and hope. Have a furry, feathered, or scaly family member you adore? Bring them along for a lighthearted Pet Parade hosted by the Pine Creek K-9 Search Unit that adds joy and personality to this special evening. It’s a memorable blend of heartfelt moments and family‑friendly fun. More details will be shared once plans are finalized.

    punxsutawney Weather Center

    Sloppy Science Day returns to the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center on Saturday, June 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Get ready for a day full of messy, hands-on fun with activities like Ocean Dig, Man-Sized Bubbles, Giant Spin Art Painting, Seaside Stamping, and Shooting Soda Geysers. It’s all about getting a little sloppy while learning a lot—kids will explore science in the most entertaining (and messiest) way possible! Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
