Town Square Brookville, United StatesThe 2025 Brookville Laurel Festival Autorama, will be broken down into 16 classes, as well as Best of Show, Queen's Choice, and Board’s Choice. ● Registration fee is $10.00 per vehicle ○ $7.00 entry fee if you pre-register (postmarked by 5/15/25) Trophies are to be awarded for 1st place, 2nd, and 3rd place for all classes, and for Queen’s Choice, Best of Show, and Board’s Choice. Parking begins at 8:00 a.m. and the show starts at Noon with award ceremony around 3pm. 2025 Corsica Volunteer Fire Company’s 4th of July Celebration Celebrate Independence Day with two days of fun, food, and festivities at the Corsica Volunteer Fire Company grounds! This beloved annual event brings together the community with a wide range of activities for all ages. Festivities kick off on Sunday, June 29th with a full day of events: Chinese Auction Sales run until 6 PM At 11 AM, don’t miss the classic Car Show hosted by the Knight Cruisers Also at 11 AM, enjoy a mouthwatering Chicken BBQ Wrap up the evening with a 7 PM Vesper Service and Ice Cream Social The main celebration continues on Friday, July 4th, starting with the parade at 10:30 AM (line-up begins at 8:30 AM). After the parade, the kitchen opens for a delicious community dinner. For $12, enjoy your choice of roast beef or ham, scalloped potatoes, corn or green beans, pasta salad, a roll, and dessert. It’s the perfect way to fuel up before an afternoon of fun. More Friday highlights include: 12 PM – 4 PM: Touch-a-Truck 4 PM: Cornhole Tournament (sign-ups begin at 3 PM) 7 PM: Pie & Cake Auction After the Auction: Raffle Drawing 7 PM – 10 PM: Live music by Killin’ Time 10 PM: Fireworks to light up the night sky! Other Friday attractions include ice cream and games following the parade, Chinese auction sales until 6 PM, ticket sales ending at 6 PM, and a bounce house and obstacle course available from 12 PM to 6 PM. Bring your family, friends, and lawn chairs — and celebrate the 4th of July in true small-town style with the Corsica Volunteer Fire Company!

Step back in time at the Jefferson County Longrifles' 49th Annual Summer Rendezvous, a premier event for muzzleloading enthusiasts and history buffs. Held in the scenic woods of Jefferson County, this two-day gathering offers a unique opportunity to experience 18th-century frontier life. Event Highlights: Shooting Competitions: Engage in traditional black powder shooting events. Traders Welcome: Explore a variety of period-authentic goods and crafts. Primitive Camping: Experience authentic camping with period-appropriate gear. Community Feast: Join the Saturday evening camp feast; meat is provided; campers are encouraged to bring side dishes. Breakfast Available: Start your day with breakfast served at the clubhouse from Friday to Sunday mornings. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but must be on a leash; service dogs only are permitted in primitive areas. Horse and Mule Access: Horses and mules are welcome if pre-registered. Important Notes: Primitive Attire Required: Participants in primitive areas must wear 18th-century-style clothing.
