• Book Club At Maison Alkabby

    Maison Alkaaby

Step into a world of elegance, secrets, and quiet rebellion with this month’s Book Club pick: The Velvet Hours by Alyson Richman. Inspired by true events, The Velvet Hours tells the story of a reclusive Parisian woman guarding a hidden legacy of art, luxury, and memory inside her apartment. When her life becomes intertwined with a young law student, layers of history begin to unfold—revealing a deeply moving portrait of love, loss, and the enduring power of beauty. It’s a novel steeped in Parisian atmosphere, filled with exquisite details of art, fashion, and femininity—perfectly aligned with the spirit of Maison Alkaaby. Join us as we explore a story where elegance meets resilience, and where every object holds a story waiting to be. Wednesday, June 24th 6pm-8pm 360 Main Street, Brookville, Pennsylvania
