The Heritage House Senior Center is Offering a Diabetes Self - Management Program Workshop attendees will learn the following: Techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes,fatigue,pain,hyper/hypoglycemia,stress and difficult emotions. Saturday, April 25 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Join Sunny Horizon Farm at Fusion Café for an immersive, hands-on mushroom class. Participants will learn everything from inoculating logs and home cultivation to harvesting, cooking, and creating medicinal tinctures. The day includes lunch provided by Angelo’s Pizza topped with Sunny Horizon Farm mushrooms and a chance to win a copy of The Fungal Pharmacy. Medicinal mushroom tinctures will also be available for purchase during the event. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
