    The Punxsutawney and Brookville Chambers of Commerce are pleased to invite the public to Meet the Candidates Night on Monday, April 28th at the Punxsutawney Country Club. This free event provides an opportunity for Jefferson County voters to hear directly from candidates running for Jefferson County Coroner, Prothonotary, and Treasurer and learn more about their qualifications and goals to make informed choices at the polls. This is not a debate but an informative session where candidates will introduce themselves and answer pre-submitted questions from the community. Jefferson County voters are encouraged to submit questions in advance through an online form, as no questions will be taken during the event. All submissions will be vetted to ensure a fair and productive discussion.   • BACC Ribbon Cutting: The Parker Place

    The Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome The Parker Place, a charming and intimate event center!  Join us in welcoming The Parker Place on May 3rd with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45am followed by an open house at 11:00am. The Brookville Chamber and The Parker Place invites residents and visitors to stop by, grab a bite to eat, and tour the venue.  The Chow Hall will be on-site serving delicious burgers and more, while light snacks will be provided inside of the venue.  There will also be some giveaways throughout the day with some interesting prizes.  Of course attendees can enjoy their food and snacks inside the venue experiencing the warm and cozy atmosphere.
