Neither sand, rocks, snow or mountainous terrain can stop it (well, maybe ice…) It is also a very capable commuter bike (think potholes) complete with bike rack. 1 lucky winner will claim this awesome Ebike at our 7th Annual Family Bicycle Ride, Poker Run & Picnic on September 21st ! Tickets can also be purchased at our Gift Shop at the History Center, 172 Main St., Brookville and at any of our upcoming events.

The 2025 Jefferson County Fair will be held July 13 - 19!  Admission is just $12 per person, kids 2 years and younger get in free! Admission includes: Parking, Grandstand Entertainment, Carnival Rides, Community Stage Music & Entertainment, Mid-way Entertainment, Petting Zoo and more!

Woodcarvers Festival: “A Day at the County Fair”

Cook Forest Sawmill Center for the Arts 140 Theatre Lane, Cooksburg

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Sunday: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  This festival features carefully hand-carved creations which are judged by professional carvers.  In addition to the carvings, we are adding other wooden works of art to the festival.  These impressive works of art are displayed throughout the weekend, and many are available for purchase. Demonstrations and a woodcarving class will round out the event.
