In 2022, the name was changed from Clarion Federal Credit Union to Top Tier Federal Credit Union. Today, Top Tier has expanded its field of membership to include 13 counties in Northwestern Pennsylvania. In addition to branches in Brookville, Clarion, Cranberry and Butler, a new branch is planned for Hermitage later this year. The Brookville Branch was honored in 2023 as the Brookville Area Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year. Top Tier has been recognized multiple times as #1 in Pennsylvania amongst credit unions of the same asset size for the return and value that is provided to its membership.
