SUMMARY:Redneck Prom
DESCRIPTION:The Redneck Prom taking place on Saturday\, September 26\, 2026\, is a lighthearted\, adult-focused themed social event hosted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles (Aerie 983) in Brookville\, Pennsylvania. [1]\nInstead of a traditional\, formal dance\, this event flips the script into a casual\, humor-filled party celebrating rural and country-themed fun.\n\n\nWhat the Event is About\n\n\n\n Throw formal tuxedos and elegant gowns out the window. Attendees are encouraged to dress in “redneck formal” attire. This typically means sporting your finest camouflage\, flannel shirts\, denim overalls\, cutoff shorts\, cowboy boots\, or tube tops. \n\n\n\n\nIt functions as a fun-spirited dance for adults that ditches the stiffness of a normal high school dance in favor of a relaxed party. Expect plenty of country music\, dancing\, and lighthearted socializing. As a social club\, the Brookville Eagles lodge will have its bar and dining amenities open\, featuring casual drinks and food options tailored to the event Like most events hosted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Aerie 983\, the gathering serves as a way to bring community members together while helping the club raise funds that are regularly funneled back into local charities\, youth sports\, and fire companies. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAttendance Notice\n\n\nBecause the Fraternal Order of Eagles operates as a private\, non-profit civic organization\, their regular social room events are typically open to Eagles members and their signed-in guests. If you are not a member of Aerie 983\, you will generally need to attend alongside a member or check with the lodge regarding open-to-the-public event exceptions or signing up for a membership.
