• Free Easter Movie

    Moonlite Drive-inn Thearter

    The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office will host its "Bunnies in Blue" free Easter movie night on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Moonlite Drive-In Theatre in Brookville. Gates open at 5:00 PM, followed by an Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 0–10 at 5:30 PM. Attendees can enjoy a free screening of the movie Hop and meet the Easter Bunny for photos. The Sheriff's Office will also provide free Easter care packages containing non-perishable food for families in need. Packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis from a designated patrol cruiser. Those wishing to support the cause can find a donation box for care package items in the lobby of the Jefferson County Courthouse.

    Coolspring Power Museum - Open Days Experience history in motion at Coolspring Power Museum! Open one weekend per month from April through October, these special Open Days feature the normal operation of historic stationary internal combustion engines throughout the museum grounds. Home to the largest collection of historically significant early stationary internal combustion engines in America, the museum includes hundreds of engines displayed across more than 35 buildings and outdoor exhibits. Volunteers are often on-site to share insights about the engines and their role in early industry.  Located in Coolspring, PA on Route 36, halfway between Brookville and Punxsutawney  Open Days Hours: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.  Admission: $12 Adults | Children under 12, Members & Volunteers – Free Special events throughout the season feature extended hours and unique programming.     Title of show: Death and Taxes - The Peasants are Revolting Summary: Step into the Middle Ages, where peasants plot, rats run wild, and the king’s taxes might just be the death of you.
