On August 30th and September 13, we will have classes taught by Morgan Cook (Thrush), Teresa Stout, Mary Ann Powell, Leigh Reitz, and Amy Young! No sign up necessary, just show up with mats, weights, towel, water & energy! Extra weights and mats will be provided if needed. Hope to see you there!
