DESCRIPTION:May 17\nh\nCome Nurture your Mental and Physical health during a Sunday evening hike. We will meet at the Ridge Camp Pavilion\, in Cook Forest State Park. (Across from the entrance to the Firepower on Rt. 36) Moderate Level Hiking with some rough terrain and a few hills (Not a paved level path). Approximately 2 hours long. Open to all women ages 14 and up. Dogs on a leash. Rain or Shine! Weather permitting and pending interest of the group\, we will branch off into two groups. One group will venture onto a more rigorous path while the other group will continue on a path to relax and enjoy being in nature.
