Friends of Cook Forest Series: Shinrin-Yoku Theraputic Walk

Shinrin-yoku is a practice or process of therapeutic relaxation where one spends time in a forest or natural atmosphere, focusing on sensory engagement to connect with nature.
Please meet at the Park Office to join the Friends of Cook Forest for a leisurely forest bathing experience. Led by certified nature and forest therapy guides, Martha O’Grady and Charlie Yuell of Forest Awakening, certified nature and forest therapy guides. (2 hrs)
