Who: Caregivers of individuals with memory impairments and/or physical disabilities.
When: First Thursday of every month
Where: The Heritage House
Time: 4-5pm
Why: To provide a space for caregivers to share concerns, learn effective coping strategies, and feel supported.
Loved ones welcome and support will be provided.
We will be using “The 36 Hour Day” as a guide. A book will be provided for you.
