PUNXSUTAWNEY — On August 21, the first solar eclipse since 1979 will happen. What is an eclipse? Should I be frightened? Can I look at it? Learn all about the eclipse and when we will see it (it will only be a partial eclipse in PA) through activities, lessons and crafts happening at the Weather Discovery Center on Saturday, August 5 from 10am-noon. And get your own pair of eclipse glasses (while supplies last)! Plus enjoy free time on the exhibits and a solar snack.

$10 admission. Pre-registration preferred, but walk-ins welcome.
Includes access to all Weather Discovery Center exhibits and video features in our theater.
Children under 2 are FREE.
