Keystone Country Concrete Foundations is owned by Chad Hannah and has been in business for 40 years. They specialize in poured concrete footers, foundations and walls. For foundations they have a system to create “the best foundation you could want”, using aluminum forms, re-bar and poured cement. The end result is a finish on the outside that looks like brick and a smooth concrete finish on the inside.
Keystone Country handles small residential needs, as well as large commercial endeavors. Mr. Hannah bid on a job to build a 24 foot high retaining wall located in Pittsburgh. Other companies estimated the job taking 3 months to complete. Mr. Hannah estimated that Keystone Country would finish the job in 7 days. They got the bid and the job was actually completed in six and a half days to the amazement of all.
The business is family oriented with Mr. Hannah’s son, Chad Hannah, Jr., heading up their wall crew after graduating from Duquesne University with a Business Management degree. When the family isn’t working the business, they enjoy restoring old cars, hunting and riding horses.
